The School for Social Entrepreneurs

Beyond Recovery are delighted to have won a place on the School for Social Entrepreneurs Trade Up programme.

After successfully piloting and evidencing our programmes in two local prisons we are now ready to move to the next level.  This involves creating sustainable income streams so that we can implement some of the exciting projects we have such as employing ex offenders to deliver programmes in the community and create social change.

The Trade Up programme will give Jacqueline Hollows, founder of Beyond Recovery, access to 14 ‘learning days’ (advice and information) that will strengthen our model and grow through sales; in addition to being supported by a mentor and other social entrepreneurs.  There is even a match funded grant to encourage us to meet our goals.

Jacqueline said:

“I have worked with SSE before when I was starting Beyond Recovery and found the level of support and teaching to be excellent and pitched at the right level for me and my business.  I’m very excited to be part of the team again with this next programme.”
